Your customers sign in to a panel that carries your name, your logo and your colours, and get websites, email, databases and nightly backups on plans you design. Each customer gets a panel of their own for the everyday work. Most of what used to be a support request, they can now do themselves.

Everything your customers look at carries your identity: the panel’s name at the top of each page, your logo, your colour on buttons and links, and your help link or support address. The one trace of us is a small “Powered by Nexo” line at the foot of the page.

Resellers get the same for their own customers, down to nameservers on their own domain, so even a customer who looks up their domain’s DNS finds their reseller’s name.

When a customer is stuck, open their panel as them, without asking for their password, and see exactly what they see.

Getting started

From the order to your first customer

  1. Choose a server with Nexo

    Pick one of the servers further down. The order form opens with Ubuntu and Nexo already selected, and you can still change the memory, the disks and the city.

  2. We install it for you

    As soon as Ubuntu is on the machine, we install Nexo and switch its licence on. For a server that is already built and waiting, that happens when it is handed over to you.

  3. Sign in and make it yours

    Your server’s page in the Primcast dashboard shows where the panel is and its first password. Add your logo, create a plan and open your first account.

No surprises

Worth knowing before you order

  • Ubuntu only. Nexo installs on Ubuntu 24.04 or 26.04, on a server that has no other control panel and no websites on it yet.
  • One licence, one server. The licence locks to the machine it is first switched on. To move Nexo to a different server, ask us to release it.
  • Your sites never wait on the licence. If it lapses, websites and email keep running; only changes wait until it is renewed.
  • Billing stays with you. Nexo runs the hosting, not the invoices: charge your customers with the billing tool you already use.
  • Backups live on the server. They bring back a deleted file or a broken site. For a copy away from the machine, keep one elsewhere as well.
  • Help is quick. Our chat answers within seconds, with an assistant that can check your account and your server, and a real person takes over whenever you ask.

Questions

What people ask us about Nexo

Will my customers see Primcast anywhere?

Not in the panel’s name, logo or colours: those are yours. A small “Powered by Nexo” line sits at the foot of each page and links to this one.

How many customers can one server hold?

As many as the machine can carry. The licence does not count accounts; the plans you create decide how much of the server’s disk, memory and processor each account may use.

Can I use my own nameservers?

Yes. Enter them in the panel’s settings, at least two, each pointing to your server. Resellers can have their own pair on their own domain.

My server is with another provider. Can I still use Nexo?

Yes. Buy the licence on its own and run the installer on that server, which needs Ubuntu 24.04 or 26.04 and no other control panel on it.

What happens if I stop paying for the licence?

Your customers’ websites and email carry on as normal. The panel stops accepting changes until the licence is valid again.

Is Nexo cheaper if I pay for a year?

No. Nexo is charged at its monthly price for every month of the term; paying ahead lowers the price of the server itself.
