Where the extension allows it, the public WHOIS shows a privacy service instead of the registrant’s name, address and email.
The Romanian registry records the holder’s legal name and fiscal code, and that is whose name we file — never ours in its place.
A transfer adds a year to the time the domain already has. Have two things ready from the registrar it is with now: the domain unlocked for transfer, and its authorisation key — sometimes called an auth code or EPP code.

Any domain’s public registry record: registered or not, since when, at which registrar and on which nameservers. The registrar it names is the one that issues the key a transfer needs.
A .ro record comes from the ROTLD WHOIS service, every other one from the registry’s RDAP service; both are shown for information only. ROTLD publishes a holder’s details only on its own website, rotld.ro.
