How a customer arrives
Add the account yourself, or let your WHMCS, Blesta, ClientExec or WiseCP module create it the minute an order is paid.
A radio station, a live channel, a TV Station or a video library, sized by the plan they bought and never allowed past it.
They copy their encoder details, or open one link on a phone with Larix Broadcaster, and broadcast. Their audience presses play on any device.
Unpaid invoices suspend the service through your billing module and paid ones bring it back, while the server keeps every customer inside their numbers.
At a glance
Build reseller plans that decide which services they may sell, which extras they may switch on, and how many customers, listeners, viewers, gigabytes and restream destinations they share. Each reseller then runs their own customers, and you can step into any account to see it through its owner’s eyes.
Viewers and listeners live and by country, history in reports you can download as CSV, and a summary emailed every month.
Allow or block whole countries, lock players to your customers’ websites, sign links that expire, and ask listeners for a password.
Renditions from 160p up to 4K let each device choose its quality, and the same broadcast can go out to other platforms at the same moment:
English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Romanian, Turkish, Russian, Dutch and Polish, plus Arabic and Persian written right to left.
Two-factor sign-in, argon2id password hashing, secrets sealed on the server, and a fresh backup of the panel each day.
Radio
The AutoDJ keeps a station playing from its playlists and its schedule, in MP3 or AAC at the bitrate you choose, blending tracks with crossfades, evening out their loudness and holding back a song or an artist that played too recently.
Video
Encoders send over RTMP, RTMPS, SRT or WebRTC; audiences watch over HLS, MPEG-DASH or WebRTC, with rewind, reduced latency and a watermark available per channel. Shows can be recorded straight into the channel’s library.
Schedule programmes from the library, fill the gaps with a default playlist, and cut to a live encoder whenever one connects; the schedule resumes on its own afterwards.
Big files upload in the browser and pick up where they stopped, or arrive by FTP; playlists and an embeddable player put them on any website.
Take a stream from another server or an IP camera and rebroadcast it, with spare sources lined up in case the main one drops.
White label
Name the panel after your company, give it your colours, and switch off any mention of the software underneath. Your resellers do the same for their own customers: their logo, their accent colour, their support contacts, their language, and a panel address on their own domain whose certificate renews without anyone lifting a finger.
Coming from MediaCP?
The Cue Reseller Panel speaks MediaCP’s REST API, so the billing module you already use keeps working, and an importer carries your MediaCP server across.
Engines
Today the panel runs Cue Media Server, which you can take with it or on its own. Support for Wowza Streaming Engine, Flussonic, SHOUTcast and Icecast is being built, for servers that keep the engine they have.
