Dedicated servers · For hosting resellers

Reseller dedicated servers your own code can run

A reseller dedicated server here is a whole physical machine that you rent by the month and sell on as your own. Your system talks to ours through scoped API keys and signed webhooks, so a paid order, a ready server, a reboot or an outage reaches your panel without anyone copying details out of an email.

Monthly with no contract, or by the hour for a server that is already racked. A racked machine is handed over about 30 minutes after the order is approved; the payment check comes first and is the part that varies.

01What you resell

A dedicated server reseller program built on whole machines

Your customers pay you for a server that behaves. Here are the four things that decide whether it does, and what you get on each.

  • 01

    One tenant per machine

No hypervisor and no neighbours. The processor, memory and drives you sell belong to your customer alone, so one noisy account elsewhere can't slow theirs down.

  • 02

    A port nobody else uses

The port isn't shared at the access switch, and nothing meters the traffic on it. You can sell a busy site or a streaming origin without a bandwidth bill landing on you later.

  • 03

    Five cities to sell from

New York, Miami, San Francisco, Amsterdam and Bucharest, with our own machines in each. Put each customer near their visitors and sell Europe and America from one account.

  • 04

    Terms that match yours

Month to month with no contract, so you can drop a server when your customer leaves. Pay 3, 6 or 12 months ahead and the server costs 5%, 10% or 15% less (software licences excepted).

02API keys and webhooks

Automate the servers you resell

In your dashboard, API & Keys makes a key that reaches only the permissions you tick and, if you like, only from the addresses you list. Your billing system or control panel uses it to work our servers, and our webhooks tell it what happened, so your customers never wait for you to read an email.

AWhat a key can do

Calls your system makes

Servers
Reboot, reinstall the operating system, set the reverse DNS of any IP, and read setup progress and every assigned address.
Names
Rename a service, which on a dedicated server is its host name. Set the host name, user and password the next install uses; a key can never read a password back.
Monitoring
Read outages and bandwidth graphs, and add, change or test the monitors and port-load alerts your support tier includes.
Billing
Read invoices and payments, so your own books match ours.
Tickets
Open a ticket and reply on one, straight from your own helpdesk.

BWhat we send you

Events your system hears

  • invoice.created
  • invoice.paid
  • payment.received
  • payment.refunded
  • service.*
  • server.ready
  • server.reboot
  • monitoring.down
  • monitoring.up
  • ticket.replied
  • traffic.threshold

Each one is a JSON POST to your endpoint, signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the X-Webhook-Signature header, the same scheme Stripe uses. If your endpoint is down, we try again after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 5 hours and 10 hours, and the delivery log in your dashboard shows every attempt.

A key can't buy anything, pay anything or touch a payment method, so even a leaked one can never run up a bill. Give each key only the permissions it needs; orders stay with you, signed in.

Reboot a customer's server from your panelbash
# the key starts pck_ and is made in API & Keys
curl -X POST https://primcast.com/api/rebootserver \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer pck_your_key" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"accountid": 123456}'

Your AI agent can work the account too. Connect it to our MCP server and it talks to our support chat as you, answered by the same assistant as the chat on this site. It can only agree to a change on your behalf if you tick that permission yourself.

03Your brand in front

White label servers with your names on them

The account is yours, so the invoices, the delivery email and the tickets come to you, and your customer only ever deals with your business. What they can see of the server itself, you name.

  1. L3

    Your customer

Signs in to your panel, pays your invoice, opens tickets with you.

  2. L2

    Your business

Your prices, your plans and your billing, with the server's host name and reverse DNS in your domains.

  3. L1

    Primcast

The machine, the port, the room, and the people who swap a failed part.

  • Host names you choose

Name each server in the dashboard or through the API. That name is the server's host name, and you set the user and password it is installed with.

  • Reverse DNS in your domains

Point every IP address at a name of yours, or of your customer's, so a mail server or a traceroute shows your brand.

  • Your staff, without your password

Under Access, let a colleague with a login of their own open your dashboard, to view or to manage. Each grant is logged, and you can take it back at any time.

One thing no host can rename for you: public IP registry records name the network that holds the addresses.

04Buying many

Wholesale dedicated servers, priced in the open

Join the partner program and every invoice of yours carries a partner discount, set by what your account bills each month. Here are the tiers and the other things that change your price, so you can work out your margin before you sign anyone up.

Partner discount by monthly spend
TierMonthly spend fromServers, VMs and KubernetesRadio, video, hosting and panel licences
Starter$05%15%
Growing$1,0008%20%
Advanced$5,00012%25%
Premier$10,00015%30%
Elite$20,00020%35%

Your tier is set on the 1st of each month from what your account bills at list price. It rises as soon as you reach the next one and drops only after three months in a row below yours. The discount is a line on each invoice; setup fees, software licences, hourly billing and GPU marketplace rentals stay at list price, and an invoice that already carries a bigger discount keeps that one instead. Apply in your dashboard.

APay ahead

Up to 15% off for a year paid at once

Three months paid together cost 5% less, six months 10% and twelve months 15%. The discount covers the server's own lines; software licences are billed at their monthly price on every cycle.

BBy the hour

Test a customer's idea before you commit to a month

A server already in the rack, ordered as it stands, can run by the hour. Nothing is due when you order: your card is pre-authorised for a week at the hourly rate, which each card on the list below shows beside its monthly price.

CReady servers

Take a racked machine as it stands

A server from the live list, ordered without changes, skips the custom-build setup fee; only the entry cartridge keeps a small one-time fee of its own. Need a different build for a customer? Configure it: a build takes 4 to 24 hours when we hold the parts.

05More to sell

Software to sell on top of the servers

A bare server is one product. These turn the same machines into hosting, streaming and cluster products you can put your own name on, each explained and priced on its own page.

01Web hosting

Nexo, our hosting panel

Installed on your server, Nexo sells web hosting under your own name, with your plans and resellers of your own beneath you.

About Nexo

02Streaming

The Cue Reseller Panel

A streaming control panel for running radio and video customers under your brand from one dedicated server.

03Containers

Managed Kubernetes

We run the control plane, and the dedicated servers you order with the cluster become its workers, each billed as the server it is. Clusters run in New York.

About Managed Kubernetes

04Small jobs

Cloud VPS for what doesn't need a machine

A Linux virtual machine in New York for a customer's test site or a small service, with elastic sizes whose compute is billed by the second while they run.

About the Cloud VPS

06The machines

Choose the servers you'll resell

This list shows every machine that is built and racked, each at its current monthly price with its hourly rate beside it, and with exactly what that price buys. Use Filters to narrow it by city, processor, memory or port. For a build the list doesn't hold, configure one or browse every line we sell.

07When something breaks

Who answers you when a customer's server goes quiet

Your customer calls you, and you need an answer you can pass on. Chat, tickets and phone are answered around the clock, and the first reply on chat comes from an assistant that can look at the server itself.

What you can count on

  • An AI assistant on chat that answers in seconds and can check your servers and your account, with a person taking over the moment you ask for one.
  • Chat, tickets and phone at any hour, every day of the year.
  • Credits under our service agreement when the network is unavailable for more than 15 consecutive minutes: a day of the monthly charge for each cumulative hour, up to a month.
  • A failed part replaced within the time your support tier shows on the order form. The included tier is the slowest; the paid tiers shorten it and add monitors of your own, with alerts by email or Telegram.

What we don't do

  • No DDoS protection is sold with any server.
  • We don't bill your customers or sign them up. They are yours, and so is the price you charge them.

08Getting started

From first order to your first resold server

  1. 01

    Order a server

Pick a machine from the list, choose the operating system and the billing cycle, and pay with a card, PayPal, ACH, a bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

  2. 02

    Pass the check

We verify the payment first. Answer our verification email if one arrives, and a racked machine is yours about 30 minutes after approval.

  3. 03

    Wire up your system

Make an API key with only the permissions your panel needs, and add a webhook endpoint for the events you care about.

  4. 04

    Put your name on it

Set the host name and reverse DNS, hand the server to your customer, and send them your invoice.

09Before you sign up

What resellers ask us first

01Do resellers get a volume discount?

Yes, from the first invoice after you join the partner program. Every partner starts on the first tier, and the discount grows with what your account bills each month, as the table in section 04 shows; radio, video, hosting and panel licences take a bigger discount than servers. To join, sign in, open Partners in your dashboard and send the short form. Paying ahead lowers the price too: 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 and 15% for 12, on the server's own lines. If you're planning a large order, book a call and bring the number of servers, the cities and the mix you have in mind.

02Will my customers see your name on their server?

Not in the places you control. You choose each server's host name and its install user and password, and you point the reverse DNS of every IP at your own domains. Public IP registry records still name the network that holds the addresses, as they do with any host.

03Can my system order or pay for servers through the API?

No. A key can reboot, reinstall, rename, set reverse DNS and read almost everything about your servers, invoices and tickets, but it can never buy, pay or reach a payment method. You place orders yourself, signed in, and the invoice.paid and server.ready webhooks tell your system when each one is through.

04Can I resell a server by the hour?

Yes, a server that is already racked, ordered as it stands. Nothing is charged when you order; your card is pre-authorised for a week at the hourly rate shown on the server's card. Custom builds are monthly.

05What happens when a part fails in a server I've resold?

Tell us by chat or phone, or open a ticket through the API from your own helpdesk. We replace the part within the time your support tier shows on the order form, and the paid tiers shorten that time.

06Do you protect my customers' servers from DDoS attacks?

No. We don't sell DDoS protection on any server, as a feature or an extra, so if your customers need it, plan it in front of the server before you sell to them.

07What if a server turns out to be wrong for my customer?

Ask in writing within 3 calendar days of the first activation and we refund it pro rata, less 15%, as the refund policy says. After that, cancel it whenever you like: there is no contract.

08I run a data center. Is this the partner program for me?

No, this page is for people who resell our servers. If you would like to host our hardware in your own facility and share in the revenue, our partner program is the one for you.

Start your reseller shelf with one server

Join the partner program in your dashboard, order one machine, connect your panel to it with a key and a webhook, and sell it under your name. When the second customer signs, you already know how it works.
